Rules for Participation

1. Nominations can only be made by completing the online form at https://menomoniechamber.voterfly.com/. All entries must have voters’ completed information, or the nomination will not be counted.
2. There is only one nomination per category per person. Winners are chosen by people who fill out the online voting ballot.
3. Nominees must qualify based on category requirements. All votes must be received no later than January 31, 2024.
4. The Annual Meeting & Award facilitators reserve the right to remove any nomination that may not qualify for that specific category.
5. By participating in the Annual Meeting & Awards nomination process, you permit us to contact you to obtain potential follow-up information. All Annual Meeting & Awards competition results are held privately by the Menomonie Area Chamber & Visitor Center.
6. Finalists and recipients will be announced on March 11-15, 2024, online, and at the Annual Meeting & Awards Award Event on May 29, 2024.
